It is suggested to call your insurance carrier to determine your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. As an alternative, many individuals also opt to use their HSA/FSA cards for therapy.Current Contracted Insurance Providers:

The scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you. I ask that you to please be courteous and aware of my tight schedule.

If you need to cancel your appointment please contact me as soon as possible or at least 24 hours before your next appointment. If you cancel within that window, you will not be charged. If you cancel outside of that window, there is a $50 cancelation charge.

• In the event of a “No Show” or failure to give a full 24-hour notice of a cancellation, you will be charged a $75 fee for all late cancellations and missed appointments.

Please Note: Due to the high need in our community and a growing waiting list, I am instituting the following policy for multiple missed appointments. If you miss or cancel 3 appointments back-to-back or within a five-week period, I reserve the right to remove you from the schedule and put you on the waiting list. (This does not include appointments cancelled by me.)

The No Surprises Act Effective January 2022

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you agree to a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate under The No Surprises Act, visit: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
