I’m So Glad You’re Here
A safe place for those seeking healing, growth, and clarity.
About Me
An Integrative, Nervous-System-Informed Approach
As a trauma informed clinician, I take a holistic, integrative, and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet a client’s unique needs, goals, and nervous system capacity. My work is deeply rooted in an attachment-based framework, recognizing that early relational experiences shape how we experience safety, connection, emotional regulation, and intimacy across the lifespan. I intentionally integrate Neuro-Somatic Intelligence (NSI) with evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Polyvagal-informed, trauma-resiliency-based interventions. Rather than using these approaches in isolation, applied neurology and somatic awareness are woven throughout each modality to support nervous system regulation while addressing attachment wounds, relational patterns, and protective strategies developed in response to past experiences.
This attachment- and nervous-system-informed integration allows therapy to move beyond insight alone, helping clients gently work through pain, survival responses, and relational patterns that may be keeping them stuck or disconnected. By strengthening internal and relational safety, clients are supported in developing more secure attachment, increased emotional flexibility, and a deeper capacity for connection—with themselves and with others. This approach fosters meaningful, sustainable change that transforms not only how clients feel, but how they live, relate, and engage with the world around them.
Who I Work With
I support individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including:
Trauma and attachment wounds
Complex PTSD and developmental trauma
Grief and loss
Anxiety and depression
Relational and intimacy challenges
Sexual health concerns
Chronic stress and burnout
Sleep disturbances
Chronic pain
Communication difficulties and boundary challenges
I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who feel disconnected from themselves or stuck in repetitive patterns, and with couples seeking to create more secure, attuned, and emotionally connected relationships.
A Whole-Person Lens
My work honors the whole person—not just symptoms. I attend to the relationships, environments, internal narratives, and nervous system patterns that shape lived experience. This includes awareness of the brain–gut connection, sensory processing, individual rhythms and cycles, and the deeper emotional and meaning-making layers of healing.
Protective responses once helped us survive—and within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, those patterns can soften, reorganize, and transform. It is here that meaningful, sustainable change unfolds.
Why I Do This Work
Like many of my clients, I have walked through grief, loss, and life’s inevitable challenges. My own healing journey taught me the power of resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity, and it is what fuels my passion for this work. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their stories, build deeper self-understanding, and reconnect with their innate wisdom.
I find deep joy in empowering clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and build meaningful, loving relationships with the people who matter most. Together, we can uncover the strength that already lives within you—helping you move toward a life that feels aligned, grounded, and true to who you are.
C.S Lewis said "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending."
My Practice Philosophy
Life is a journey, and each of us walks a path shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments. Along the way, we encounter challenges, moments of loss, and periods of growth that influence how we see ourselves and the world around us. While we cannot change where we began or the experiences that shaped our early foundations, we do have the capacity to choose how we move forward. Through awareness, intention, and support, we can reshape patterns, restore balance within the nervous system, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s most difficult seasons with greater resilience and clarity.
Our experiences may influence us, and external expectations may shape how we adapt—but they do not define who we are. Healing begins when we slow down and listen to our stories with compassion, understanding how protective patterns and nervous system responses once served a purpose. By deepening self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and cultivating internal safety, we create space for meaningful change. From this place, we can reconnect with our authentic selves, shift what no longer serves us, and move toward a life rooted in connection, purpose, and wholeness.
It is a profound honor to walk alongside my clients as they engage in the work of healing, nervous system restoration, and self-discovery. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and attuned therapeutic space where growth can unfold naturally—one insight, one regulated moment, and one courageous step at a time.

“Im takin swimming lessons so I can see the blessings when the waves come crashing on down, i can keep my head above water.” DENM
As humans, we all face challenges and thrive when supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I am deeply passionate about working with individuals and couples as they learn to connect with and value their most authentic selves. My work is grounded in the belief that true healing emerges when we understand our biological responses to stress, apply somatic techniques to regulate and befriend the nervous system, and explore our core attachment needs. By expanding our resilience, we can cultivate deeper, more fulfilling connections with those we love.
My hope for clients is that they gain the confidence to integrate regulating and connecting practices into their daily lives—creating a foundation for a life they can build upon, look forward to, and find rest within.
I embrace the power of creativity and curiosity, fostering a dynamic and engaging therapeutic experience. I believe that showing up authentically creates a safe and supportive space for deep exploration and self-discovery. In our work together, I meet you where you are—whether that means sharing in moments of laughter, holding space for grief, or sitting with the full range of your emotions.
My core values—honesty, creativity, humor, curiosity, and empathy—guide me in fully supporting healing and transformation.
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to deepening my knowledge and skills. I continuously engage in reading, trainings, and consultation groups to expand my expertise and better serve my clients.
Outside of my professional life, my greatest passion is being a wife and mother. I find pure joy in dancing, laughing, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m naturally drawn to the water—whether it’s lakes, oceans, paddleboarding, or kayaking—and I love the freedom of long drives, mountain adventures, and exploring new places.
Dancing and music are the gateways to my heart. Beach vibes, reggae, and following my favorite artists at concerts and music festivals have become soul-nourishing pastimes. These experiences rejuvenate me, filling my spirit with joy and connection. One phrase I hold close to my heart is ‘Stay Irie’—a reminder to respect yourself, embrace happiness, and stay cool.
